Nestled on a stunning private lot in a wonderful neighborhood, this charming 1945 home immediately captured my client's heart with its original character and timeless structure. They envisioned its full potential, knowing a thoughtful redesign would transform it into the perfect space to accommodate their growing family.

Conceptual drawings were created for both the interior and exterior, providing a vivid roadmap for transforming and opening up the home through a thoughtful, phased renovation approach. The upgrades have been executed carefully and systematically in stages, beginning with a modernized kitchen, followed by the basement recreation room, and then the main-floor family room and front entrance.

With the interior transformations complete, focus shifted to the exterior. Essential structural repairs were undertaken, complemented by custom metalwork, bespoke Corten steel entrance lights, and a fresh coat of paint—all of which significantly improved the home's durability and curb appeal.
