Motasa - Imbuia Server
This server was made from Imbuia, or also known as Brazilian Walnut. This wood is now a protected endangered speices of tree. I salvaged this from a old house which was being bull dozed to make way for a new home. I sculpted the edges to have a smooth and buttery feel when you run your hands along the length. This is truly a stunner, a piece which will most certainly be the center piece of good food shared by good friends and family. I used solid brass risers to honour the elegance of the wood.
I have finished this with a food safe oil, which contains organic bees wax and rosemary oil. I will include a tin of our wood love with your purchase
